squirrel miniature painting

Squirrel miniature (untitled as yet) © Tracy Hall 2012
1" x 1.5" watercolour
Earlier this year I picked up some really tiny frames that were for sale at the Hilliard Society exhibition and this squirrel miniature painting is shown below in one of them. Three more to come :) This is a grey squirrel but rather misleadingly he was a very reddish brown.

I'm always amazed at how much detail you get into such tiny paintings. Your squirrel is lovely.

Wonderful frame and just perfect for this picture

The frame really does compliment the woodland theme of your painting Tracy. Just love the inquisitive look you have captured for the squirrel. Great!
