Young Swallows watercolour painting

Young Swallows © Tracy Hall 2010
2.25" x 1.75" Watercolour on board
(ghost penny shown for scale)

The last of the swallows for the time being. Shall be busy with illustration work for a while but will hopefully fit in some miniatures amongst it all to post here. Better title pending...I hope :)

Dear Tracy,
What a marvelous, but, small work?! Very impressive. Pass my best wishes to them that may come to Sydney.
Kind regards, Sadami

Lovely composition and textures. On my own blog I have shown a little swallow in the mist. Do you know the opening scene in Gladiator? I do not like war scenes and only watch the start for that swallow, so beautiful in the snow. You would like it too!
